At Innovery, we work with trusted global suppliers to bring innovative products directly to our customers. Because some of our products are shipped from international warehouses, delivery times may be longer than those of traditional local retailers.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation.
During periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may take up to 15 business days.
Shipping Time
After processing, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7–20 business days
- Canada: 7–25 business days
- Europe: 7–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days
- Other International Destinations: 10–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, local postal services, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to become active.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Split Shipments
